Thank you to all who submitted their innovative ideas for the Impactful Ideas Stage Competition for the 2023 Women in IT Summit, Asia Edition.
We received many fantastic entries, and after careful consideration, we are pleased to announce the 3 shortlisted candidates.

The Impactful Ideas Stage Competition aims to provide a unique opportunity for the Women in IT Community to pitch their ideas on boosting representation across the APAC tech industry. The competition was open to any idea, campaign, initiative, new technology or new approaches that can drive representation within an organisation or across the industry.
The shortlisted candidates will have the chance to pitch their ideas, live on stage, at the Women in IT Summit on the 28th June 2023 in Singapore.
During the pitching session, the panel of expert judges will dissect the ideas, provide context for a deeper understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, implementation, and scalability of the ideas.
The audience will be invited to ask a few questions, and the panel of experts, along with the audience, will vote for their favourite idea, and a winner will be announced.
