The Women in Finance UK Summit 2023, presented by DiversityQ took place on Wednesday, 22 November at the Royal Lancaster in London. 

We would like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who attended this year’s edition!    

Our theme this year was impactful growth in an ever-changing world, and we explored the following topics:  

Technology: we discussed how to make the most of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, fintech, digital payments, Web 3.0, and data analytics in any role or business.  

DEI: we delved into topics such as inclusive teams, leadership, company culture, allyship, and diversity beyond gender.   

Professional Development: we explored personal and organisational competencies to advance your career, enhancing leadership adaptability and mindfulness for greater productivity.
